Exacerbated skin issues
Bought this about 6 months ago and have been trying to use it as an under eye serum. It has been ineffective at helping coloration or depuffing, and has exacerbated sensitivity under the eye. I recently tried another product from a competing brand (Kiehl's) and had none of the issues and all sensitivity cleared up in two days. Something is wrong in this formulation.

Works as part of a combo to depuff
I use this under my reusable eye gels. Helps with puffiness but I wouldn't say it's great as a stand alone product. Other products with caffeine at a lower price point work just as well if not better.

Why discontinue a fantastic product?
I have been using Clarens anti fatigue eye serum for more than ten years. No other product compares, including your new under eye roller product. Can you bring the serum back?

Why change a good product?
It's disappointing that Clarins discontinued their anti-fatigue serum and went with this. The applicator is a pain. In addition, it's not as good of a product and does not work as well. There are poor reviews for this everywhere. Hopefully, Clarin learns from their mistake and brings back the old version that actually worked.

Not as good as it's predecessor
I agree with Danje - not the same as the Anti-Fatigue Eye Serum that was discontinued. That worked much better and was easier to dispense and apply than using the roller ball mechanism of this product. Bring back the Anti Fatigue Eye Serum!

Not the same.
The "rollers" feel nice but the effects aren't the same as the discontinued gel I used. Sometimes it's best to leave well enough alone. Seems Mens products change and go away with some frequency with Clarins.

Does not work!
